Project “Tezoro TourAssist” – Digital Innovation for Tourist Assistance

Tezoro Srl has developed the “Tezoro TourAssist” project, an innovative digital tourist assistance platform that allows travelers to quickly access support services, information, and bookings in multiple languages during their stay, without the need to install applications or share personal data. The system also ensures full integration between guest management and the company’s administrative processes. The platform uses personalized QR codes and integration with the main messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber), enabling tourists to connect directly with native-speaking operators and local assistants for information support, document management, and booking of tourist services. The project contributes to the digitalization of tourism services, improves the visitor experience, and strengthens the competitiveness of local businesses, while promoting sustainable practices and optimizing operational processes.

The initiative is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR):

• Component 2 – From Research to Business
• Investment 1.5 – Innovation Ecosystems

The project is part of the e.INS – Ecosystem of Innovation for Next Generation Sardinia, Spoke 2 – Innovation and sustainability for the competitiveness of tourism and cultural heritage SMEs in marginal markets, coordinated by the University of Sassari. Through this initiative, Tezoro Srl is developing an advanced multichannel digital platform for tourist assistance, contributing to the adoption of innovative technological solutions and the enhancement of the region’s tourism offer.

The project is funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU within the PNRR framework.

Lithuanian show "Heads and Tails" Calabria 2025

Vilnius and Riga Workshop

We were happy to meet our partners in Riga on the 11th of March for the presentation of Calabria destination. Our expectations turned positive - great interest aroused for the genuine and fascinating territory. Both Sardinia and Clabria presentations took place in Vilnius on the 13th March. A large public assembly with enjoyable atmosphere was a new step for the future succesful cooperation. Our principal partners joined us for both events: Stefania Abisso from VOi Hotels, Anna Simonelli from Futura Hotels and Marco Baldisseri from Club Esse Hotels. Thanks to their contribute we are always ahead of time.

Travel Industry Trade Fair 2025

The 31st International Travel Industry Trade Fair/Show Balttour 2025 at the Ķīpsala Expo Centre concluded on 9 February in Riga. It attracted 310 companies from 27 countries. The exhibition was visited by more than 20 000 people, including 5 000 travel industry professionals. Tez Tour presented its exclusive destination Calabria, admired by everyone and organized a lottery, which gave a chance to the luckiest to win a trip of 7 nights in a 4-star hotel Voi Floriana.

It has become a tradition to receive agent groups for presenting italian best locations and facilities. A group from Lithuania visited Sardinia in May 2024. It was a had work week for the agents but we tried to make them feel at home and enjoy the highest. Sardinia never leaves people indiffent due to its untouched nature, stunning beaches and superb food. We expect a long-term future cooperation in offering excellent Sardinian hotels and resorts.

The last shooting of the Lithuanian show "Head or Tails" took place in our magnificent Sardinia In May 2024. Lucky for us, Tez tour has been chosen for the cooperation with the producer. The crew spent an exciting week among the stunning landscapes, charming towns and excellent hotels of the island. Thanks to the great job of the stuff the viewers will discover the magic of breathtaking nature, ancient Sardinian museums, imponent architecture pieces of Maddalena island and other uncountable features of this unique area.

Our latest event on the 20th March 2024 - Presentation of Calabria hotels in Vilnius, held at the trendy italian restaurant Piano Piano. Alfonso Adinolfi and Stefania Abisso, head of sales of VOI Hotels, introduced the excellent product to 30 sellers of TEZ TOUR. On the 25th and 26th March we had a great oppurtunity to highlight North Sardinia as a new destination to 50 lithuanian tour agents. The meeting was also held in Kaunas where it was considered to be the touristic event of the year. We introduced the Arbatax Park Hotels thanks to the exciting presentation of Victor Sergeev and Paolo Curridori, the head of sales of the chain. The exhibition ended with awarding prizes to winners which we would be happy to welcome in our partner hotels in Italy.

Among the events in support of the promotional activity, we had the pleasure of receiving during the month of June 2023, a delegation of travel agents from Lithuania who had the opportunity to visit our best hotel facilities and the places of greatest cultural and landscape interest, thanks to hospitality from our partners in the Calabria Region. According to our colleagues, the feedback has been nothing short of exciting! The cities of Tropea and Pizzo Calabro have aroused particular interest with their multiple attractions, both landscape and culinary, as well as the city of Scalea with its historic center, visited in an amazing night setting. Furthermore, although belonging to nearby regions, the Aeolian Islands and Matera have remained in the hearts of our colleagues, for different reasons related to the history and genuine nature that framed the visits. We are sure that the economic return of this initiative will leave a profound mark on the future tourism promotion activity of the area. Thanks again to our partner Tez Tour who gave us that chance.

Webinar about Nord Sardinia for TezTour Latvia

Today we held a presentation of travel destination North Sardinia for Latvian travel agents - partners of tour operator Tez Tour Latvia, our old partners and friends. This year for the first time on the Latvian market they have formed a program based on regular flights of Latvian national carrier AirBaltic Riga - Olbia. The webinar was attended by 57 agents and lasted for 1 hour 25 minutes. We hope that the information received during the presentation will help Latvian market specialists to quickly master the new to them diverse tourism product of the North of Sardinia.

From February 12 to 14 in Milan in the Milano Convention Center will be held BIT 2023 (Borsa Internazionale per il Turismo), the most famous Italian tourism exhibition in the world, which is a showcase of Italian tourism in the coming season. This year the exhibition will be held under the slogan "If you travel - it is visible," as Italian tourism in 2023 according to all forecasts should return to pre-crisis levels. At BIT 2023 a significant influx of tourism professionals from all over the world is expected.

On the first day, February 12, the exhibition will be open to the public, the subsequent days of the exhibition will be open only to professionals in the tourism sector. Representatives of our company will be present at the exhibition on February 13 and 14 and are ready to meet with interested parties, tell about the company's plans and answer questions.

Today at "BaltTour 2023" in Riga TezTour Latvia has announced flight program to Olbia airport in Northern Sardinia in cooperation with Air Baltic airline on modern comfortable A220-300 from June 03 till September 09. This is the first project of the company in Sardinia and we wish our friends success and a fruitful and successful season.

The 59th TTG exhibition in Rimini

Today opens the 59th TTG exhibition in Rimini, the most important for the B2B tourism sector in Italy, which defines the most important trends in Italian tourism for the next summer season. The exhibition widely presents the tourism product of all regions of Italy, as well as of the whole world. A large part of the exhibition is allocated for proposals of tour operators and companies from various sectors offering products and services for the tourism industry. Representatives of our company will be present at the exhibition from October 12 to 14.

First charter flight Vilnius-Calabria

Today the first charter flight of the summer season 2022 Vilnius-Lamezia Terme, organized by TezTour Lithuania, took place on the modern Airbus A320 of Air Hub Airlines.

TezTour Lithuania opened the Calabria destination to the Lithuanian market in 2019 with its own charter chain, which it has operated for all subsequent years. This year about 700 Lithuanian tourists will visit Calabria using the program organized by TezTour Lithuania. We are looking forward to our Lithuanian friends in sunny Calabria, who will be able to extend their summer season in the very south of Italy, meet the hospitality of Calabrians and enjoy the masterpieces of historical and cultural heritage of this region and its gastronomic traditions.
